Korean designer Song Ki-Chul created this amazing kinetic Hangul Typography project.
but why is it titled “Hanguel”?
Well this was just made for me to adore, wasn’t it?I especially enjoy how the designer used rotation to show the geometric letterforms.
I’d have liked to see each letterform given a few more seconds of screen time in order to absorb the pronunciation diagrams (as I assume the intended audience would not be korean language learners in this case).
I thought there were ‘official romanization standards’ so I’m not sure why ‘hangul’ is misspelled.
